Stagnant positions are guided with information about Asanas, Breathing,

performance level of student.

BEGINNER CLASS:
In this class the basics of Ashtanga Yoga will be taught.

ASHTANGA BASIC I:
Guided open Basic Class. Suitable for everybody who wants to get to
know Ashtanga Yoga and to consolidate practice. Ideal for building up
after beginner course or for trial lesson.

ASHTANGA SHORT SEQUENCE:
Short Ashtanga Sequence. Duration: 60 minutes.

ASHTANGA VINYASA INTENSE:
Intensively challenging Asanas practice with focus to stability,
strength and easiness.

VINYASA MOON:
Vitalising, modified Ashtanga Sequence. In focus of energy areas of
spine, pelvis and hip. All levels!

LED GUIDED CLASS:
Guided class with information about Asanas, Breathing, Bandahs and
Drishtis. Knowledge about Ashtanga Yoga required.

SPINE YOGA / SPINE COURSE:
Excersises for strengthening, mobilizing and stabilizing the back.

YOGA RELAXTION:
Besides of relaxing Yoga practicing we blend intensive stretching
excercises as well as detecting of personal limits in to build up inner
and external balance.
