MYSORE:
This class is designed for all levels of student, from beginner to
advanced. Each student practices independently, and receives one-on-one
instruction and assistance from the teacher as needed. No previous
knowledge is required to attend these classes.

LED / MYSORE:
Stagnant positions are guided with information about Asanas, Breathing,
Bandhas and Drishtis. Afterwards independent practicing matching
performance level of student.

OPEN MYSORE:
This mysore concept garants you max. personal time schedule
flexibility: in the offered peroid you can join and leave whenever you
like. If you feel like practising 10 min or 1,5 h - it´s up to you!

ASHTANGA
BEGINNER CLASS:
In this class the basics of Ashtanga Yoga will be taught.
Normally 4x on Sundays from 10:00 till 11:30 o'clock
plus Unlimited Mysore-Style
Unlimited participation in all Mysore classes, within the entire course
duration.

ASHTANGA BASIC I:
Guided open Basic Class. Suitable for everybody who wants to get to
know Ashtanga Yoga and to consolidate practice. Ideal for building up
after beginner course or for trial lesson.

ASHTANGA VINYASA INTENSE:
Intensively challenging Asanas practice with focus to stability,
strength and easiness.

VINYASA MOON:
(Former Vinyasa Moon). This class offers floating yoga sequences wich
vitalize and strenghten. They include advanced postures but always
offer variations for beginners. All level!

LED I:
Guided class with information about Asanas, Breathing, Bandahs and
Drishtis. All levels, also beginner.

LED II:
Guided class with information about Asanas, Breathing, Bandahs and
Drishtis. Knowledge about Ashtanga Yoga required.

INTERMEDIATE INTRO:
You leran first Asanas of the second serie (intermediate). For students
with yoga
experience (level II to III)

PRANAYAMA:
Pranayama breathing and meditation. This course is free but only for
students of the Yoga School Berlin.

RESTORATIVE YOGA:
In restorative yoga, props are used for support the body so that you
can hold poses for longer, allowing you to open your body through
passive stretching.

SPINE YOGA / SPINE COURSE:
Excersises for strengthening, mobilizing and stabilizing the back.
Suitable for everybody. Execution with prior registration only!
